Every February, the Payette Soil & Water Conservation District hosts a Soil Health Symposium at Four Rivers Cultural Center in Ontario, Oregon.

The symposium features educational presentations from experts from around the nation and the northwest on a variety of topics aimed at increasing the collective knowledge of landowners regarding soil health.
